Failure of Captk during automatic segmentation on Windows systems #1508

 Hello, Sir. I'm sorry to bother you. I had a problem with the CaPTK software.

Firstly, I put the registered image into the normalized image and the mask about the brain in the skull stripping. This brain mask doesn't match the size of my original registered image, it matches the normalized image. So, I put this mask and normalized image into the APP to get the brain image after skull stripping.

Then, I started the Brain Tumor Segementation, but he kept reporting errors. The error was DeepMedic returned with exit code! It's equal to 0.

 I have attached a few pictures that I think are valuable, hoping to make my question more clear. I look forward to hearing from you.

 (Since I am not very familiar with CaPTK operation, the registered image I input at the beginning was registered on 3D Slicer, so I don't know whether it has any influence.)
