Relating to #63 - the default site is configured using ErrorDocument in zz-masshosting.conf and zz-masshosting.ssl.conf, but is not in the template for other sites.

When I installed symbiosis-stretch on a new virtualmachine it created /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/symbiosis-stretch.work.telyn.uk0.bigv.io.conf. I suspect this is unintended and possibly to do with how we do SSL now?
