After completing the install instructions, manually creating the Site Options specified in the install document (and finding the API URLs on the web), I attempted to run the demo site. I ran into two problems:
The search results page did not pull any results, even though I know I have several videos uploaded to BrightCove.
The Playlist page seemed to "hang" while making a call to a google ajax api of some sort. While it was hanging, the entire page went blank.
Please let me know if I can clarify anything further.

Our issue was that the BrightCoveSDK.dll only deployed to one server. Once I deployed the .dll to all servers everything worked appropriately. Check all servers to see that BrightCoveSDK.dll is in assembly folder. I downloaded the //powershellgac.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Add-GacAssembly&referringTitle=Home GAC Module and added the BrightCoveSDK.dll that way through SharePoint Powershell.
