Unable to edit OneClick Bookworm metadata

STR:

1. Start at My Bookworms
2. Select Edit for a successful Bookworm
3. Change one character in the Source Name
4. Click Update All
5. Return to edit page using Edit link or visit front end user GUI
6. Changes not reflected

I've changed metadata in several fields, and nothing seems to stick. If there are fields that can't be changed, that's fine, but the UX implies that they all can.

Tagging @sa501428 for the OneClick. Could you let us know what version of Bookworm is currently running on the OneClick server?

I don't know what "Source Name" means here--is that an option on the OneClick server?

It's still using an older release. It'll take time to update it.

How old is the release? One possible fix for this were some commits about a year ago, give or take a few months.
