Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
when restarting easyadmin, log forwareds and other command configurations are lost, would it be smart to have easyadmin try and exec its own config at startup?

Describe the solution you'd like
have easyadmin exec easyadmin_permissions.cfg after init

Describe alternatives you've considered
behavioral changes to users is impossible

Additional context
would need to also make easyadmin give itself permissions
