BUG: "Write Feature Data as CSV File" filter does not default to saving file in .csv format

Brief Description of the Issue and Expected Behavior

In previous versions of DREAM.3D, clicking on "Select" in the Write Feature Data as CSV File filter specifies .csv as the file extension:

This is not the case in DREAM3D-NX, and adds an extra step to a filter meant to write data as a .csv file:

An error is raised if the user does not specify an extension, and although it is easy to fix, it would be nice to just default to .csv.
