I have noticed that for the last few updates there have been no installers published for the Windows client. The Microsoft Store version does not work for me, which I take full blame for due to a lot of the programs and features that I have stripped out of Windows, however this was not a problem for me previously as a standalone installer had been published in the releases which I prefer using to the Microsoft Store anyway whenever I have the option. That said, I have noticed this is no longer the case for the last few updates. Is there any chance these builds can be resumed to be published?

Releases will always be published to GitHub in addition to the stores. There have been no recent desktop releases because I haven't had time. The latest build is the under the 1.13 beta, and the latest stable build is under 1.12.7. When the next desktop builds are released, I'll close this issue.
