Adding "new messages from starred contacts" as a notification category

I would like the ability (similar to what the Google Voice does) to have New Messages for BB to interrupt DND if the sending party is a Starred Contact (or Priority conversation if that's simpler). Starred contact is a more desirable setting since it will be a persistent setting (Priority conversations seem to get reset between app updates, etc).

This is important because I want to be able to get important notifications with DND on (Android allows this with messages and calls -- and the Google voice app inherits these settings).
