Observation error bars in mean fit to indices.

Both index and composition plots in the RCM.output tab no longer uses color to distinguish between observations and predictions. Its hard to see fit and observations in length comps for example. Can we move to a better observed vs pred plot like histograms for observations and lines for fit??
