For example, settings to change mean or change over time (with a slope) in the projection period for:

M (mean or slope)
Perr_y (mean, distribution lognormal/pareto, historical ecdf)
Weight-at-age (also fecundity) (mean or slope)
Depletion (rescale F's, but ideally, a conditioning model with a fixed depletion assumption would be used)
Steepness - option for both historical and projection
