Unclassified images cannot be viewed full size

`## Description of Bug
In the HTML report, when images are not labeled as at least one of the four designated classes, the link to inspect the full size version is not available.

What should the expected behavior be

In the HTML report, when an image is classified as at least one of the four designated classes, the label name is a link to the full size version. When an image does not belong to at least one of the four designated classes, a link should still be presented to view the full size image.

Steps to Reproduce

Have Eyeballer classify an image that does not belong to any of the designated four classes. There will be no link in the HTML report to view the full sized image.

Additional context

Eyeballer was used on an internal assessment by someone unfamiliar with the code base. This bug report was requested by them.
