[Bug] The translation file could not be found

Bug Description

Every time the game started, the Chinese translation file could not be found. It has been a week, and the reboot could not solve it.
Is there any way to skip the error.

sba已经寄了（包括sba的crowdin项目），你翻译文件无法下载下来可以考虑手动用文本编辑器把sba的配置文件中的语言改成英语
似乎sba现在的语言文件没本地fallback了，如果有应该不会出这个问题
不过 我不太清楚能不能靠重新构建或者资源包的方法解决这个问题（如果你不能接受英语的话）
