Could host the SPARQL endpoint on Google Collab as an alternative to Docker compose? #2

Discussed 2023-03-09. Just for a sort of pseudo-local development style.

I am currently looking into alternatives. To test the SiLA interface, these would require to listen to a port, set by the SiLA server.
I guess, no easy problem (AWS and some virtual machines allow it).
What about a nice install script for a local machine ? There is not much magic behind the SiLA server and only a few dependencies are required, can be easily installed in a virtual env....
