Subject: [PATCH] ALT_DN should never have been used (I misunderstood what was
 going on here).  For PuTTY,  which doesn't recognize Shift-Up and Shift-Down
 to toggle observations above/below the currently selected one,  you can now
 hit Alt-Up or Alt-Down instead.
