Ora3 bug when you modify character's note

This is a retail issue on live!

Whenever you try to modify a character's note in a community or guild ORA3 throws an error.
You have to reload for this not to happen.

This has been happening for a while, it would do the same when editing the guild note, however now that we have the new community setups with both alliance and horde it has become a bigger issue.

Also getting this. Didn't know about the reload thing, so that's handy at least.
