Objective "Use"

Hey,

I'd like a new objective called "use" that enables us to detect when a player:
A) Uses a Water or Lava Bucket by placing it on the ground.
B) Performs a right or left click with a specific quest item in hand to trigger events

Please add this to #1158 to it is respected when the events are improved
And i think this will not that easy. But B could already be possible with the action objective maybe?
