Add placeholders purge tags

We use tags to track the progress in quests. To develop quests we have to remove all tags of our own characters. With the command /q tags <player> del <tag> we have to delete every tag once by once.
It would be very nice to delete all tags with placeholders. I.e. /q tags <player> del QuestToTest.* will delete all tags of the quest package 'QuestToTest'.
