The GUI doesn't open on first install (Windows).

Short description

Hello, I have been trying to install RawTherapee for the first time on my machine but I have issue preventing from using the application at all.

The application won't display the GUI at all. Meaning I can open it and see it's icon in the taskbar, over no window is ever displayed and the Windows thumbnail preview is white.

Steps to reproduce

• download installer from https://rawtherapee.com/shared/builds/windows/RawTherapee_5.10_win64.zip
• unzip installer and execute
• in the install options pick "current user only", uncheck the 2 file associations options
• don't he last installer dialog keep the "start raw therapee" checkbox
• rawtherapee launch
• I delete the installer
• I minimize rawtherapee to check something else
• I cannot maximize it back, the window never appear
• I try to close and reopen, problem still here.

Solution Found

I managed fix the issue by deleting my preferences in %LOCALAPPDATA%\RawTherapee and restarting the application.

With the supplied options file, RawTherapee loads fine on Linux. Maybe it is specific to Windows or related to the file paths in options.
