Issue reported from Round ID: 6883 (NSV 13 | Official | MRP | 98% Free Lag | Spaceship Combat Server)

Reporting client version: 514.1589

I spawn as a Syndicate Pilot on hammerlocked carrier, take off, receiving the ID demand from NT ship, trying to hail back, nothing happening, despite on 'hailing' intent.

Not sure if it's intentional for Syndicate Pilots to be silent, but it might be issue with fighter DRADIS hailing.
