FBP repair can break storing guns

Description of issue

This one is a doozy. I had a round recently where I got killed as a FBP, got repaired, and could no longer put guns in any storage spot. Not in my backpack, not in a hip holster, not in my belt holster. Intent didn't matter. Whether safety was on didn't matter. I could take them out, but could not put them in. I tried this with both the roundstart sec pistols and the autopistols from the e-arm.

Ryan confirmed it worked on a dummy, just didn't work for me. This is also how we confirmed I could take them out but not put them in. Ryan also took over my body and confirmed it was tied to the body, as it still didn't work, while putting me in a dummy did work.

At least I think it was the death and repair that broke it. Otherwise I would have no clue.

Difference between expected and actual behaviour

I should be able to holster pistols even if I'm a FBP who died and got revived.

Steps to reproduce

1. Be a FBP.
2. Get killed.
3. Get your brain disconnected.
4. Get repaired.
5. Get your brain reconnected.
6. Try to holster guns.
