Bluespace just doesnt end, sometimes

Description of issue

Occasionally (it's happened twice) the round just doesn't end-- The torch stays in bluespace without leaving it, requiring admin intervention to actually end the round (The round has to be manually restarted, too.)

Difference between expected and actual behaviour

1. Initiate jump
2. Watch as it sometimes doesn't end.
3. ???????
