Time between arrival and departure varies by 3 seconds sometimes

For some trips the time between arrival and departure is varying by 3 seconds.

-This is not due to waiting for a vehicle
-Switching from AVStay to other tasks always takes 2 seconds
-After StayTask there is always a pickUpDriveTask. When the vehicle is already at the station it travels from there to the same station and it takes 1 second (summing up 3 seconds).
-For some specific trips this switching is only happening after the passenger uam_interaction, for the others it happens way before the passenger arrives, so the 3 seconds is always "compensated".

We should check whether this happens only when the access time/distance is 0, so there is no time for this to be compensated.
