Add iOS fix for MaterialDialogFragment #453

🐛 Bug Report

Plase include the fix for iOS, which was already added to the other dialog buttons.

Expected behavior

Custom content dialog's buttons not overlaping

Reproduction steps

Call MaterialDialog.Instance.ShowCustomContentAsync

Fix

Include:

in MaterialDialogFragment.xaml on line 97
