Description:

Selecting elements on the desired design options and/or phases often takes a lot of code, even more so if these elements reside in Revit links.

It would be great to have centralised methods for this, something along the line of ElementFilter PrimaryOptionsFilter(this Document doc, ElementId phaseId = null, RevitLinkInstance link = null)
