Original report by Kye Hoover (Bitbucket: eykrevooh, GitHub: eykrevooh).

There are two places where you can checkout a chemical

  1. CheckOutView.html snip && CheckOutController.py

  2. ContainerInfo.html snip && ContainerInfoController.py

Need to consolidate these two snip into only the CheckOutView.html. Makes for less redundant code.
