CAS: crosslisted functionality broken in admin page

There is no crosslisted parameter being passed to the template for the admin courseManagement page. This resulted in an error in development (so I passed an empty array), but the correct data needs to be sent through.

The main course page works correctly, so it should be possible to use that as a model to get the admin page working.
