Instructor names aren't shown on room preferences page.

On the Room Preferences page, there should be a column that shows the name of the instructors next to the course they are teaching.

It should look something like this:

Note: Some courses will have multiple instructors, make sure that all instructors for a course are present in the instructors column. (To view preferences regardless of term, make sure you are an admin.)

This issue was resolved in branch: add-instructor-names-414

add-instructor-names-414 and admin-add-room-preferences-issues352 (another branch) need to be resolved together (there is a merge conflict) and created into one single PR.
