Please help me to fix this issue.

I get this error Error 400 https://ekr.zdassets.com/compose/

https://ekr.zdassets.com/compose/https://v2.zopim.com/

I need https://v2.zopim.com/?my API code

const CHAT_API_URL = https://v2.zopim.com/?;
const ZENDESK_KEY = CHAT_API_URL + my API key;

I did this way and got this Error 400 https://ekr.zdassets.com/compose/
