Galaxy error #100

Galaxy: Please update BLAST to version >= 2.9.0
But not able to install other than blast 2.5 in the conda env. Do you have the updated yml files?

@ajkarloss we do not use Galaxy ourselves. The Galaxy wrapper for chewBBACA was provided by @aknijn (https://github.com/aknijn/chewbbaca-galaxy). Since we are not familiar with Galaxy it is hard for us to help with this issue, perhaps you could contact @aknijn.
