Are Tools Calls supported in gpt-35-turbo (version 0301) ?

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Tool's Call feature. Specifically, I'm trying to run exactly this example:

and whenever I try to run the example I'm getting this error:

Status code 404, "{

}

this happens exactly on this line:

ChatCompletions chatCompletions = client.getChatCompletions(deployment, chatCompletionsOptions);

I'm certain my credentials are correct, since I have tried using them without the tools and it works well.

This left me wondering if this is related with the model version I'm suing (gpt-35-turbo, version 0301) :

Could someone clarify this?
