Having an issue with this spot, 'Authentication to Azure Resources' not sure where I should define workspace. I thought that was covered in line 2.

@jenztales which notebook did you run into this issue? FYI we are updating the ML notebooks and the LinkedService may not work 100% due to this migration. Let us know what notebook you are referring to & we can guide you the next steps.
