The final step of deployment "Provisioning Linux DSVM" failed with the following error below. I was able to get the deployment to complete by uninstalling the ScriptExtension from the VM and then clicking "retry" on the deployment page.

CIQS Error:

(Code: ResourceDeploymentFailure, ResourceType: Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/extensions,ResourceName: pmmm32mckpuafww/pmmm32mckpuafww) - VM has reported a failure when processing extension 'pmmm32mckpuafww'. Error message: "Malformed status file [ExtensionError] Invalid status/status: failed". (Code: VMExtensionProvisioningError)

Tyler, I remember you guys had similar issues in TRI. Is there any solution better than what you did?
