Melbourne parking APIs changing/ed - e2e_samples/parking_sensors #570

The Melbourne parking sensor APIs seem to have changed and the following API, (https://data.melbourne.vic.gov.au/resource/), doesn't seem to be working anymore. It looks like they changed the URL and I'm not seeing parking sensor data available as a dataset.

If anyone else can please confirm this and possibly let me know if they see a new API for the parking sensor data.
