Fully working starterpack with default login page offered by Azure

It's great having a base for your policies. But I think this is still lacking. This is a starter pack, but feel like a lot of basic functionality is missing and need to be fixed manually.

I have used the SocialAndLocalAccounts as default but I still hade to implement basic functionality to the page such as:

• Making the "reset password" link work (Why should I have to implement this manually? Why is it not implemented by default?)
• Allow user to change password next login (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/force-password-reset?pivots=b2c-custom-policy. Again, why is this not in the default package? The portal.azure.com say it allow users to change their password next time they login I feel like the "starterpack" should at least have this by default.)

I feel like at least one starterpack should have all the functionality that is offered by the default login page.
