Railway 1.0.3 Monument Bug

There is a bug in Railway 1.0.3 which is very annoying. When you place blocks where the monument pieces used to be, you can't mine them again, unless you blow them up with TNT. This way a team could simply be stuck at 95% of the monument and not mine the last piece of emerald block because it is covered by wood and you can't mine the wood.
