This page still isn't a thing, people generally just directly email and not use a page. You can probably close this.

This is still an issue, I tried to see if I could send an email myself but https://avicus.net/support/send_email isn't a page.
Do people even use this page anymore, usually people just email directly, might want to have another look into this to see if this is worth keeping:
