Getting Error check url del ESD unblock powershell enable BITS serv message

When I run the mediacreationtool.bat file as administrator I get this message below and the link works fine in a browser.

The URL in this script works fine from a browser. There must be a simple solution to allow powerscript 7 to run this without the following error.
