WPML: Course List block doesn't show active/completed courses on the translated My Courses page.

We fixed behavior for the [sensei_user_courses] shortcode we used before.

But our new Course List block doesn't work.

To reproduce:

1. Create a translation for My Courses page.
2. Create a course with 2 lessons.
3. Translate the course.
4. As a student, open the translated course.
5. Complete the first lesson.
6. Go to My Courses page.
7. We expect to see the course for the Active filter, but it the list is empty.
8. Go to that course and complete it.
9. Go to My Courses page, choose Completed in the filter.
10. We expect to see the course, but the list is empty.
