Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a site with Sensei on WPCOM, you can create with the onboarding flow
  2. After that, install the Meraki theme ( I installed it from here https://wordpress.com/theme/meraki, didn't upload it from another source)
  3. Go to Appearance -> Editor -> Templates -> {Any Learning Mode Template}
  4. See error

Note that if you reload the template page, this issue goes away

What I Expected

To see the template without issue

What Happened Instead

PHP / WordPress / Sensei LMS version

8.1.27, 6.4.3, 4.21.1-a.1

Gutenberg: 17.8.2

Browser / OS version

Chrome

Context / Source

I tried with TT4, Course and Astra. Could reproduce it only with Meraki.
