Mainserver configure hyperlink fails

Description

In the latest commit on dev branch (d5c117d), the configure hyperlink does not take the course admin to lab configuration page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install AutolabJS from d5c117d commit.
2. Login as admin on mainserver /admin portal.
3. Click on configure link.

Expected behavior: [What you expect to happen]
Lab configure section works as expected.

Actual behavior: [What actually happens]
Lab configuration hyperlink does not work.

Reproduces how often: [What percentage of the time does it reproduce?]
Everytime

I have tried the latest code commit a1bd2bc on the dev branch. I am able to configure the labs properly. I haven't changed anything related to config hyperlinks in the latest PR. Can you cross-check your installation and let me know if the config page works?
