  1. Add code to data-raw to reproduce the bundled GSHHS land masks
  2. Add an example of how a user can use their own shapefile for a land mask (maybe by generating their own rasterized land mask from that shapefile)
  3. Add an example of a time-varying land mask (e.g. sea ice)
