chat not parsing when sent on 1.19.4 server

Not entirely sure what happened. I updated some plugins and now whenever someone trys to send a chat this is sent instead

The console shows the original message fine with no errors. I am attempting to find out if a plugin conflict caused this but no dice yet

Server: Paper-1.19.4

For anyone who finds this and has the same issue. Itemsadder chat effects seem to be conflicting for some reason. Turning off the chat effects in the itemsadder config fixed chat

Huh, which version? I just upgraded to the latest version of ItemsAdder and it broke the chat formatting for me as well, so you're saying the issue is at ItemsAdder's side?
