[Idea] - Favourite Projects in Welcome Screen

Allow a user to pin a project as a favourite in the welcome screen.

Describe the solution you'd like

A user should be able to pin their recent projects in the welcome screen to a favourite projects list. When a user hovers over a recent project a pin icon will show that would allow them to pin the recent project to favourites. When pinning it would remove the project from recents and copy it over to the favourites list. If a user ever wants to un-favourite a project they can just hover over the project item and unpin it, moving it back to the recent projects list.

This idea also includes the addition of last edited timestamp for the projects, and will only show when the user hovers on the project item.
