端口过多会使得配置速度变慢？ #97

当端口开启800以上（空端口），配置端口的时间非常慢，api/v1/servers/5/ports/459/forward_rule 这个接口一直重复调用，配置大概10+分钟才生效。

是这样的，现在的设计不太好，准备在1.0正式版解决这个问题
