Allow window resizing

Not sure if this is possible with the plugin windows, but it would be very useful to resize certain windows. Especially those with big lists and long names.

A good example is the "Fix Broken Library Symbols by Name“ window, which easily has overflowing symbol names which are basically impossible to read at the moment.

A tooltip would help here as well, but nevertheless it’s useful to resize those windows. 😉
