Add Delay when Loading Article

2. Describe the feature request

In some articles, the contents are encrypted/hidden until a delay/check has been passed. If a delay is implemented for certain sources, then the article can fully load. Perhaps in the source configuration screen, an option to set a certain second delay would be a way to implement it.
