I'm sorry if this is a known issue, I'm not very familiar with GitHub.

This looks like an issue/feature of the lichess study itself, since if you download PGN of the lichess study, it actually does not include chapter names that are shown on the website.

One possible workaround from listudy side is to get both PGN and the HTML of the lichess study, and then edit PGN with the correct chapter names.
