This is a basic tutorial on Constraint-Based Metabolic Modelling using python-cobra. Requirements can be found in INSTALL or requirement files.
Note on Binder, as of December 2019: Binder session has access to up to 2 GB of RAM. Sessions will shut down after 20 minutes of inactivity, though they can run for 12 hours or longer. Binder has other usage guidelines, including a limit of 100 simultaneous users for any given repository.
