# Copy and paste the following commands into your terminal window:


Rscript -e 'install.packages("grid", repos = "http://cran.us.r-project.org")'
Rscript -e 'install.packages("broom", repos = "http://cran.us.r-project.org”)'
Rscript -e 'install.packages("ggpubr", repos = "http://cran.us.r-project.org”)'

NOTE: you may need super user (sudo) permisions to run some of these commands, 
so if you are running FeGenie off a server where you do not have such permissions,
Fegenie may not be able to generate R plot automatically for you
