Hello!
When building the required environment dependencies, I found that the "bionano Assembler" download link is not available. I would like to ask if there is any way to download bionano Assembler. I really want to know how to get the "bionano Assembler", and then use runBNG again, and look forward to your reply!

Hi @xiaoquexingchen,

For runBNG v2.0 and above, you may use the latest Bionano Solve which can be downloaded at https://bionanogenomics.com/support/software-downloads/

For other versions, you may download the old Bionano package at: http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4661675

Hi!
I also encountered the same problem. According to what you said, I downloaded the Bionano solve on the Bionano official website, but the installation instructions of Bionano Solve mentioned that the Saphyr1a server is required. But does the Saphyr1a server need to be purchased? Would you like to ask if your bionano Assembler has a mirroring application? I would like to ask you how to install bionano Assembler based on the old Bionano package you provided? I am anxious to use runBNG, so I eagerly hope that the dependent environment can be set up as soon as possible.

Hi @Missandei-hcl,

runBNG does not require any installation for Bionano servers. What you need to do is to download the official Bionano Solve package and give a path to runBNG as requested in the corresponding function and then you can run 'runBNG'.
